What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is 1:00 PM–6:00 PM at the office; check-out is 11:00 AM. Guests arriving after check-in hours should contact management in advance, or they may not be able to enter and won't be eligible for a refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

A $25 cancellation fee applies. With 15+ days' notice, the remaining balance is refunded to the card on file. With less than 15 days' notice, the balance is credited toward a future stay instead. No refunds apply to late arrivals, no-shows, or no-call reservations.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Up to two pets per site (more require manager approval). Pets must be leashed (6 ft or shorter) at all times outside, are not allowed in bathrooms, the pool area, or community buildings, and owners must clean up after them immediately — a $25 fine applies for improper disposal.
